Entry 01 · Charitable basketball activation · Optometry congress

The 20x30 satellite booth that outworked the main stand

For the charitable foundation of a global eye-care company, we built a basketball challenge where every game played moved money to the cause. A live leaderboard kept attendees coming back across the congress, and every game, player, and minute of dwell was measured as it happened.

The activation beat its games-played goal by a third, and the measured dwell showed people stayed to play, not just to pass through.

“We had far greater activity taking place in this 20x30 satellite booth than in our main booth over four times the size.”

Hospitality, rebuiltFig. 02 · Flow instead of lines

Entry 02 · VIP hospitality · Critical-care exhibitor

Hospitality rebuilt around flow, not lines

A critical-care exhibitor had a hospitality program that worked too well: the line for it ran straight through the booth and choked everything else. We redesigned the service model around self-serve ordering and open flow, then measured what changed.

The line disappeared. The booth served more guests, and year-over-year exhibit impressions went up, not down.

“You elegantly addressed our need to eliminate the long line going through our booth while increasing traffic.”

Entry 03 · Spin-to-Win · HVAC exhibitor

A game that qualified leads while it entertained them

For an HVAC exhibitor, a prize wheel did the work a hallway conversation usually can’t. Prize-inventory logic kept the wheel honest across the show, and the short survey behind it qualified every player as they spun.

Most scanned attendees chose to play, and the leads came out sorted: who wanted communications, and who wanted a call now.

Entry 04 · Quiz activation · Global ophthalmic lens leader

The light-chandelier quiz that became the show’s landmark

For a global ophthalmic lens leader, a chandelier of light answered every round of quiz play overhead. It gave the booth a landmark you could see across the hall, and it gave every visit a reason to become a lead.

Two years of identical methodology is what makes the growth number defensible: same instrument, same definitions, same booth, more results.
